Getting a Cosy Cabin is a simple, stress-free process.
From application to delivery, we handle the hard parts so you can focus on enjoying your extra space.
1. Choose your cabin
Have a look at our range of cabins and determine the size and style that suits your needs.
2. Apply online
Complete the rental application form. We will run a quick credit check and then provide you with a quote and agreement to sign.
3. Delivery & Set Up
We will deliver, locate, level and connect your cabin to amenities on site. These costs will be included on your quote.
4. Start using your cabin
Whether you need the extra living space, site office or secure storge, your cabin is ready to go. Min rental 6 months, no maximum limit.
Site requirements
Getting ready for your cabin is simple just a few basics are needed before delivery. If you’re not sure whether your site is suitable, have a chat with Russell and he’ll talk you through what’s needed.
What you will need
Level site with space for delivery vehicle to turn
Water supply (25–75psi, standard hose connection)
Power supply (230V AC, three-pin plug, 10m caravan cable provided)
Waste disposal point (collection or connection to existing system)
We will handle delivery, levelling, positioning of your cabin and all connections to amenities on site (we will quote the exact cost on application).

WINZ Support
Cosy Cabin Rentals is WINZ registered and we can provide the required quotes and invoices to support applications with WINZ.
Maintenance and End of Hire
If any problems arise during your rental, contact Cosy Cabin Rentals straight away.
At the end of your agreement, cabins must be cleaned and chemical toilets emptied.
